 On April 29, 2009 Golden
Equipment Company with the help of The Pueblo of Zia and Jade General
Contractors put on a Construction Equipment Demonstration. We invited all of the Southern Pueblos and
a few Volvo Representatives to come out, walk around the equipment, have
lunch and operate the equipment. About 5 of the 8 Pueblos were represented and it was a great,
fun way to introduce them to Golden Equipment Company and Volvo Construction
Equipment. Our Sales tem along with
Steve Passmore and Rick Fines of Volvo Construction
Equipment Broke our guests up into groups and
 explained each piece of equipment
and its features. They had the
opportunity to not only tell but show why Volvo Construction Equipment is
better than our competition.
After a fabulous lunch catered by JR’s BBQ in Albuquerque,
it was time to operate some equipment.
Our guests had the opportunity to actually try each piece of equipment
they had just walked around. The
Pueblo of Zia provided us with
a great open space where we could dig holes and fill them
in.
 Overall this was a great
opportunity to learn about Volvo Construction Equipment, Golden Equipment
Company and for us to meet some really great people.
The Demo went so well, we held a second one at The Pueblo
of San Ildefonso on May 2, 2009 and invited all of the Northern Pueblos.
