Golden Rewards

 How It Works:

Golden Equipment Company will offer exclusive membership privileges to those who sign up with our Golden Rewards Program.  Only companies are eligible for Golden Rewards membership, and each company may maintain only one account. 

Frequent purchasers will earn valuable points when you rent equipment or purchase parts or service.  We will track and log your points on www.GoldenEquipment.com.  Accrued points do not constitute property of the company member. Points accrued by a Golden Rewards member are for the company’s benefit only and may not be transferred. 

Earn Points:

Earn points with every dollar spent in rental, parts or service throughout the calendar year. 

Members must be enrolled in the program to receive reward points.  No points may be accrued for purchases initiated prior to program enrollment.  The reward period runs January 1 through December 31.  Points earned during the previous year will NOT be carried over into the next year. 

Companies can choose a user ID and password upon enrollment and will be able to view points at www.GoldenEquipment.com.  Points are updated on a monthly basis by the 15^th of each month.

Redeem Points:

Redeem the points you earn by visiting our web site at www.GoldenEquipment.com and select Golden Rewards.  Reward options include rental credits, mugs, shirts, jackets, toys, electronics, sports equipment, household items, and some local services. 

Points may be redeemed at any time during the calendar year.  The redeemed amount will be subtracted from the accumulated total at the time of redemption.  Points may be split to redeem a variety of items.  All charge accounts must be current and paid at time of prize redemption. 

Points earned will NOT be carried over into the next year and therefore must be redeemed by January 31.  On February 15^th all accounts will be cleared and points accrued in January will be posted.

Golden Rewards Terms & Conditions:

Golden Rewards membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Golden Equipment Company.  Golden Equipment Company has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Rules, regulations, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of point already accumulated, the ability to use the points, or the ability to obtain certain rewards.  Golden Equipment Company may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of points received for a purchase or required for a reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward; (c) restrict the continued availability of rewards; (d) change program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or rules governing the use of rewards.  The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, miles, rewards, or program benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level.

Participation in the Golden Rewards program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures ("Program Rules") that Golden Equipment Company may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. Golden Equipment Company may amend the Program Rules at any time without notice. Golden Equipment Company has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules.

The accumulation of points is subject to the Golden Rewards Program Rules. Each member is responsible for checking www.GoldenEquipment.com in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the program.

The rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at Golden Equipment Company’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time.

Additionally, Golden Equipment Company has the right to end the Golden Rewards program at any time with or without notice to participants.

After applying to the Golden Rewards program, a membership number will be assigned to each applicant. Upon receiving this number, a company becomes eligible to earn Golden Rewards points.

Membership in Golden Rewards, including any rewards that may have been ordered by a member, may be revoked or suspended at Golden Equipment Company’s sole discretion if a member fails to pay any charge accounts when due.

If the enrolled company is not able to accept gifts – the point equivalent dollar amount can be applied to the next rental of equipment from Golden Equipment Company during the eligible program dates.

The awarding of Golden Rewards points and the redemption of Golden Rewards points are void where prohibited by law.

You may be provided with the ability to use usernames, passwords, or other codes or devices to gain access to restricted portions of the www.GoldenEquipment.com site ("access codes"). The content contained in such restricted areas is confidential to Golden Equipment Company, and is provided to you for your personal use only. We reserve the right to prohibit the use of such access codes on your behalf by third parties where we determine that such use interferes with our site's operation or results in commercial benefits for other entities to our detriment.
